The Founder

Deidra Carroll, B.A.,CHW,CCMA

A longtime community member of St. Mary's County dedicated to empowering individuals and families in navigating the complexities of the healthcare system. The passion for patient advocacy stems from a deeply held belief that everyone deserves equitable access to quality healthcare and the support needed to make informed health decisions. Expertise lies in navigating complex medical systems, assisting with healthcare barriers, and ensuring patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. Experience includes a bachelor's in Human Services, certifications include Medical Assistant and Community Health Worker, with and 20 years within the medical field assisting to enhance patient outcomes.
